Ojin is The Human AI Company. We build the infrastructure that makes AI feel human. Our Human Agents deliver natural, lifelike conversations in real time, powered by our proprietary models and blazing-fast APIs on a globally distributed GPU fabric.
We have delivered award winning work with brands including BMW, H&M, and Clinique. Our new platform will define how the world experiences AI and we're assembling a small, ambitious team of exceptional people to do it.
The Role
This isn't a typical marketing role. It's for someone entrepreneurial and data-driven who wants to make a real impact fast - not execute a playbook someone else wrote.
At Ojin, you'll own growth end-to-end: from building our social presence and getting people to find us, to understanding what's actually working. Direct access to the C-Level team, real visibility into how the company grows.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow our social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and beyond - both organic and paid. This is a core part of the role and we're looking for someone with a proven track record of building engaged audiences and driving real results through social
- Own the full growth funnel - demand gen, content, social, paid, email, and attribution
- Run experiments constantly. Test things, measure them, cut what doesn't work, double down on what does
- Create content across formats: posts, articles, case studies, copy
- Think about SEO as part of the strategy - no need to be a technical expert but a solid understanding of how organic growth works is important
- Build and manage email campaigns and basic lifecycle flows
- Run A/B tests on campaigns, landing pages, and messaging
- Use analytics tools to track what matters and share what you find
- Set up and manage CRM and marketing automation workflows
- Be active in the online communities and conversations where our audience spends time
- Use AI tools to move faster - prototype ideas, test messaging, and iterate without always waiting on resources
- Work closely with the product team so marketing reflects what we're actually building and shipping
- Work directly with the founding team to shape how we go to market
What We’re Looking For
We offer the autonomy to do your best work, the tools to succeed, and the rest to recover. We're looking for high performers who take ownership, move fast, and deliver exceptional results.
- You've grown something before - an audience, a channel, a pipeline - and have the numbers to prove it
- You have demonstrated experience building social media presence - you know how to grow an audience on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and similar platforms, both organic and paid
- You're a strong writer who knows how to talk to different audiences
- You're comfortable with data and can turn numbers into clear decisions
- You've run paid campaigns before (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads etc.) - not an expert, but not starting from zero either
- You move fast, stay curious, and don't wait to be told what to try next
- Bonus: experience marketing to developers or technical audiences
- 2-4 years in growth marketing.
