Roleplay sessions are evaluated against the skills the scenario was built to train, with feedback after each session. Assessment is built for regulated, high-stakes sales, where a rep has to prove product and compliance knowledge before they are allowed in front of a customer. It runs as an unscripted spoken exam with no human assessor in the loop, so an entire field force can certify on the same day, in parallel, against the same standard. Every answer has to hold up to pass; there is no partial credit and no reading from a script.
