Enterprise Account Executive - Corporate Learning & Education

Remote | Business Development

About Ojin

Ojin is The Human AI Company. We build the infrastructure that makes AI feel human. Our Human Agents deliver natural, lifelike conversations in real time, powered by our proprietary models and blazing-fast APIs on a globally distributed GPU fabric.
We have delivered award winning work with brands including BMW, H&M, and Clinique. Our new platform will define how the world experiences AI and we're assembling a small, ambitious team of exceptional people to do it.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, full-cycle Enterprise Account Executive to lead sales of Ojin's enterprise AI platform, Human+: purpose-built for corporate training, coaching, and education, primarily into corporate Learning & Development, coaching, and training buyers at large enterprises, with a secondary focus on academic institutions (K-12 schools, universities).

This is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor role for someone who can own the entire sales motion, from prospecting and qualifying through negotiation, closing, and renewal, and who is equally comfortable in a conversation with a VP of L&D or HR about upskilling outcomes as in a boardroom conversation with a CFO.

What You'll Do

  • Own a full-cycle sales process for Human+ with corporate L&D, coaching, and training buyers at large enterprises: prospecting, discovery, demoing, proposing, negotiating, closing, and managing renewals/expansion
  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise L&D, HR, and training departments as the primary focus, supplemented by a secondary pipeline of academic institutions (K-12, higher ed) as that motion develops
  • Navigate multi-threaded, multi-stakeholder sales cycles: L&D leaders, HR, department heads, IT, and procurement
  • Lead C-level and senior-leadership conversations, translating product capabilities into what matters to each buyer - whether that's upskilling outcomes, compliance training, cost savings, or bottom-line impact
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in the CRM, and report regularly on pipeline health, deal risk, and quota attainment
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to provide market feedback and refine positioning, messaging, and packaging

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Demonstrated experience selling into corporate L&D, HR tech, coaching, or enterprise training, with existing relationships and networks among L&D leaders, HR, and C suite strongly preferred
  • Comfortable and credible in C-level conversations, and experienced selling to multiple departments/stakeholders within a single account (L&D/HR, IT, procurement, finance)
  • Strong understanding of the AI landscape, and ideally direct experience selling AI-enabled products into HR tech, corporate training/L&D, or adjacent enterprise software categories
  • Experience managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical of enterprise buyers
  • Track record of managing the full account lifecycle, not just new logos: renewals, expansion, and multi-year relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for corporate, academic, and technical audiences alike
  • Self-starter who can build a territory and pipeline with minimal hand-holdingWillingness to travel for in-person meetings, demos, and industry events as needed

Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships with corporate L&D, HR, or Chief Learning Officer contacts at large enterprises
  • Existing relationships with EdTech decision-makers, university procurement offices, or K-12 district administrators
  • Familiarity with AI safety, data privacy, or compliance considerations relevant to corporate training and education (GDPR, FERPA, etc.)

Note: We're not able to offer visa sponsorship or relocation support for this role - you'll need to already be based within CET ±2h and have the right to work where you live.
